Dr. Paramjit Bhatti (Paul)

Dr. Paramjit Bhatti, better known by all as Paul, has been working as a veterinarian since 1985. After migrating to Australia, he completed his veterinary studies at the University of Queensland and became a registered veterinarian in Australia in 1993.

Since then, Paul has gained extensive experience working with the RSPCA, the Cat Protection Society, and in private practice before establishing Meadow Heights Veterinary Clinic in 1998. In 2003, he founded Watsonia Veterinary Centre, and has successfully managed both clinics ever since, supported by a team of long-standing, friendly, and dedicated associates.

Outside of veterinary practice, Paul enjoys travelling and is passionate about giving back to the community. Since 2011, he has been actively involved in community initiatives and fundraising efforts in support of the Royal Children's Hospital, reflecting his ongoing commitment to the wider community.

Dr. Alex Yakovlev

Alex graduated from the University of Melbourne following completion of the Doctor of Veterinary Medicine. She is passionate about providing client collaborative care within general practice to optimise a pet's health especially when gold standard medicine is unattainable. Her professional interests include soft tissue surgery and geriatric care.
When not working she enjoys hiking and reading a thick classic novel. Her home life is kept busy with three cats and two lovebirds when she isn't fostering kittens.
